Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

To access the full range of Services on par92, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. par92 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify par92 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. par92 reserves the right to request updated documentation to verify account details. Providing false or misleading information at registration or any subsequent time may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting par92 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC completion and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to the verified payment method on record. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
par92 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with standard KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal or at any point during the Account lifecycle at par92's discretion.

You must submit only authentic, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, edited or fraudulent documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
par92 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict Account functionality or place a hold on balances pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following request may be closed.
All financial transactions on par92 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for display purposes. The Platform references familiar Pakistan payment methods as contextual guidance only — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, and major bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.
Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. par92 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to their source without explanation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as specified in the live cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified payment method in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC completion. par92 operates in compliance with applicable AML/CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) standards. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger AML review, during which withdrawals may be delayed. par92 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
par92 may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
par92 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings if it determines that a User has engaged in abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; or any other activity that exploits bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
par92 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any obligations already incurred by the User under a promotion prior to such modification or withdrawal.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from par92.
par92 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
par92 uses personal data for purposes including Account management, KYC/AML compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted in) and platform improvement. Your data is not sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, par92, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
par92 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors or interruptions, or that any technical defects will be corrected within a specified time frame. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
par92 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, par92 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which par92 is duly licensed and registered as an operator (details available via the platform's licensing information section). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact par92 customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution. par92 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the applicable license authority.
